SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Shipping Policy:
We always make our best attempt to get shipments out in a timely manner. Due to the affects of COVID-19 we have material shortages in some areas. Typically all shipments are made within 5 business days of initial order. On the occasion that something has not shipped in that time frame, there may be parts in fabrication. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Items ordered together may ship separately.

International Orders:
We do ship internationally, if you would like to receive a shipping quote please email us at one of the contacts below. If there are shipping restrictions in your country or if the package is "returned to sender" we will attempt to recover shipping cost from USPS or UPS but this is something that is outside of our control.

Return/Refund Policy:
Journeys Off Road LLC., will accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. Returns could be subject to a 15% charge to cover shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Customer is responsible for shipping items to address below, with your information inside the box. 

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 5-10 business days of Journeys Off Road receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.
